Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with our products and we welcome you to contact us at [email protected] should you wish to communicate regarding an exchange or refund of a faulty product or sizing problem. Claims must be made within 7days of receiving your item, and all items must be returned to us by post within 30 days.
All items must meet criteria below:
- Items must be in new and original condition with the tags attached including original packaging.
- Tax Invoice or PayPal/ Bank Receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
- The items are returned within 30 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.
Please note customers are responsible for the cost of the postage for all returns, with the exception of faulty items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a track able shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
